We aim to raise awareness of our service among consumers across all protected products so that people know how, and to what limits, they are protected should their provider fail.

We regularly commission consumer research to support our communications strategy. Sharing the results of this research helps us identify gaps and opportunities, and to work closely with our stakeholders to provide essential, accurate information to consumers about FSCS protection.
