E-learning Module Provider

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and Financial Skills Partnership are working together to improve the quality of information staff in financial services provide to their customers about the FSCS. We are now seeking the services of an e-learning provider to produce an e-learning module on behalf of the FSCS.

Financial services firms will use the e-learning module to train their consumer facing staff. This includes branch staff and call centre handlers for banks, building societies and credit unions. The aim of the module is to increase the basic level of knowledge that consumer facing staff have about the FSCS so that they are able to provide correct information to the general public. This follows research which shows the quality of information such staff provide about the FSCS needs to improve.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 3 February 2012.

We will send open tender documents to potential providers that pass FSCS internal checks from 8 February 2012.
