Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. However, from 12:30pm 24 December to 9:00am 2 January our offices and our phone lines will be closed.
Between 29 and 31 December you will still be able to contact us via webchat and email. If you did need to speak to someone urgently you can leave us a voicemail requesting a call back. To leave a voicemail, dial our freephone number, select option 2 and follow the instructions. If you leave your message before 3:00pm we'll aim get back to you the same day. While we're closed you can check our claims portal to receive a claim update.

If you'd like to make a subject access request (SAR) please fill in the form available here or request the data directly through your account.
