The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has declared R J Temple in default, which means that FSCS is satisfied the firm is unable to pay claims against it. A declaration of default opens the way for consumers to claim compensation from FSCS.
What to do if you have a claim:
- If you have already lodged a claim against the firm, or with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), you should have been contacted by us.
